Empty Troff

When all you need is a blank canvas, an empty troff may be the one for you. We offer a ‘bar only’ service (also called ‘dry hire’) for clients wishing to have complete autonomy over their event. An empty Troff is the hire of the bar alone, but you can add extras like backbar fridges, draught taps, glassware and bar staff or waiters on request.

Half Troff

Do you see the troff as half full or half empty? The ‘half troff’ is a half way house, suiting those who wish to hire a bar and staff, and want to pay for some of the drinks for their guests, but not all of them. So for example, all drinks for a wedding reception will be prepaid for by the bride & groom but for the evening party, it will change to a cash bar and guests will pay for their own drinks, as they go.

Full Troff

This is when all drinks are prepaid, and no money will be exchanged during the event. This is popular format for corporate events and weddings where the hosts are happy to cover the costs of the bar throughout the reception and evening party.
